Biltmore Festival of Flowers - Project 365 - Day 101

It was a year ago this month that I was in Amsterdam and went to see the tulips at Keukenhof Gardens. I'm lucky enough to live right near the Biltmore Estate so today I went to see their Festival of Flowers. Although not the magnitude of Keukenhof Gardens, it is still spectacular. I'll be going back there again as more tulips will be in bloom shortly.

These are my first tulips - I brought the bulbs home from Amsterdam last April!!First time I've tried a diptych. Tried using the Lightroom tutorial but couldn't follow one step so I just did it in CS3. Will have to check out Lightroom further.

Got to go to the Practice Round at The Masters. Course was the most beautiful course I have ever seen. Unfortunately, with the cold weather we've had, the azaleas weren't in bloom yet.

Strawberry Pot - Project 365 - Day 84

Thought I would try planting strawberries in a strawberry pot this year. I have a few strawberry plants in the garden, but the birds get to them before they are ripe. Hope these do better.

Spring Has Sprung - Project 365 - Day 83
