We had a bad storm on Friday that uprooted many trees. I saw 4 fire trucks go flying by the house and then the power went out. Later I found out that a tree uprooted and hit the power lines and blew a transformer. Luckily my power was restored within an hour. Others weren't as fortunate. I drove by the area today to see the damage.

I volunteer with 2 local animal rescue groups by going to Petsmart once a week and taking care of the cats that they keep there. Fluffy is absolutely gorgeous and sweet. Hope he gets adopted soon!!
